Express City Cleaning is a leading carpet and upholstery cleaning company in Manchester. While we hire our own professional staff to carry works related to professional carpet and floor cleaning, we also provide general cleaning services as an agent.

We provide variety of cleaning opportunities: private, commercial cleaning, appliance professional cleaning, one off and regular cleans.

We do not offer full time positions, you will receive work orders which you can accept or not what gives you as a cleaner freedom of choice and help to work around your schedule

Term and conditions of cooperation:

I confirm to run legal business (i.e. self- employed, ltd company etc)

I have my own vehicle, carry own cleaning products, mop and bucket, hoover

I agree to receive work orders by text message which I can either undertake or ignore

I agree to receive payment per hour of work at flat rate of £14/h, and minimal order length 2h

I do not provide carpet and upholstery cleaning service at all

I agree to follow cleaning instructions given by Express City Cleaning

I agree to produce an invoice on completion which will be paid by Express City Cleaning within 14 working days

Express CIty Cleaning offers 24h no question complain policy, what means I may be asked to rectify any issues free of charge

I understands that I cannot make any business arrangements with clients reffered by Express City Cleaning, as this will be subject to financial compensation

My works are covered by liability insurance
